Providing coverage for your health and well being
Health Care Coverage
Combined Resources offers healthcare coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield. We offer employees the choice between two health plans enabling employees to choose a plan that fits their needs.
Group Dental Plan
Combined Resources offers a choice of dental plans; which provides coverage for preventative care, and/or dental restorations.
Life Insurance
Combined Resources purchases $25,000 of life insurance for every eligible employee. Employees have the option to purchase additional insurance for on themselves, spouse, and/or children, which provides financial benefits to beneficiaries in the event of death.
Short Term Disability Plan
The Short Term Disability (STD) plan provides weekly income when plan participants become ill or injured and unable to work for a short period of time (up to 13 weeks).
Long Term Disability Plan
The Long Term Disability (LTD) plan provides regular monthly income when plan participants become totally disabled and unable to work for a prolonged period of time due to illness or injury.

Retirement & Financial Offerings
Combined Resources offers eligible employees the opportunity to save for their future, through the company sponsored 401K plan. Combined Resources will match 100% of the first 3% of the pay you contribute to the plan through salary deferral plus 50% of the next 2% you defer.
You are always 100% vested in the contributions you chose to defer and in the employer matching contributions.
Combined Resources provides eligible employees with paid time off (PTO) from work. PTO combines vacation and sick leave into a single policy. PTO may be taken for vacation, sick leave, or any other purpose. Full-time employees are eligible to accrue PTO based on the schedule below:
PTO begins accruing after the eligible employee has completed 90 days with the company.
At Combined Resources we promote a culture of professionalism, yet we encourage having fun at work. Our setting is small, so we are able to recognize employees as individuals at our quarterly all staff meetings, and monthly birthday parties! We also celebrate our “teams” of employees during national recognition days such as; Administrative Professionals day, Nurses week, Environmental day, and Mental Health Week.
We often get to “play” at work as we teach our patients that a sober life can be filled with laughter and joy. Whether it is karaoke, skits, relays, or kickball, we engage with our patients and have a lot fun while we are at work!
